KRAS Mutation Genetic Testing
The KRAS Gene Mutation Analysis Test is a genetic test that detects KRAS gene abnormalities as well as to test and profile KRAS(G12C) antagonists/inhibitors by monitoring GDP or GTP binding status using BODIPY-GDP. It aids in the identification of appropriate therapeutic medications, such as tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), and disqualifies certain pharmaceuticals from being employed in cancer treatment.
For additional flexibility, the kit can be used with one of two protocols: titrating the inhibitor with a set GTP concentration or titrating the GTP with a fixed inhibitor concentration.
